css colours are wrong after style sheet reorganisation

Bug Description
Bug status colours are missing after the style sheet was reorganised. This is one symptom of many caused by the movement of the anchor rules to the new style sheet. The other colour rules are in the old sheet. They are defined first, then the anchor redefines them.
All colour rules in the old style sheet must move to the colour section in the new style sheet, which will ensure precedence.
