Thanks for taking time to report this bug and helping to make ubuntu better. What happens when you unplug the charger, does you battery show fully charged even after disconnecting the charger. Is your battery status updated after a few seconds sometimes and sometimes it stays at full charged the whole time unless rebooted?

Yes, only when i reboot shows battery icon, if i dont reboot only show "full charge" even when is not...

Aha, then its the same as bug 467825 I also face this on my acer aspire one. Thanks for the bug report this particular bug has already been reported but feel free to report any other bugs you may find..
