Bug Description
Currently the builder worker has three animation cycles: idle, walk and walkload. The idle cycle is now being used to animate work and there is no option to display animation when the builder is idle waiting for wares. As a result, the builder image vanishes.
The additional work cycle will then provide an opportunity to animate the worker when he is truly idle.

I unassigned myself because I saw that this would be more work than for the extra animation of the constructionsite and I am aware that dwarik is working on this already. Dwarik I assign you this.
Chuck, I am sorry that I can't quickly patch this in. Please talk to dwarik so that you get all the features you need.
