Bug Description

There are several ways to make a list of books appear when you use Open Library. This can be done by searching for an author and then clicking on their name, or by clicking a subject from the list of subjects. Example using author search for lewis carroll:
http://upstream.openlibrary.org/search?q=lewis+carroll&author_key=OL22098A

There are also heading levels being skipped on this books list view page. Near the bottom of the page, "Related" is given a heading level 3. Then, levels 4 and 5 are skipped when "Subjects" is given a heading level 6.

Not sure how important this is to fix? The h6 is a common style used throughout the site for these lists, but I can insert a single-use H4 here if necessary for accessibility.
