[membership]membership status is duplicated when duplicating partner

Bug Description

If you duplicate a partner which is a member (membership module), the duplicated partner become also a member and has the same membership lines as the original.
This is not a correct behavior because the membership state is a consequence of membership invoicing. When you duplicate a partner, its invoice are not duplicated either, which is correct.
I would expect the membership state and membership lines to remain in the same state as when you create a new partner. Copying the state gets you into a situation where a partner is a member (or old member) without ever having paid a subscription (invoice).
