[JHV 2.0] Add support for specifying layer visibility via the command-line

Bug Description

In addition to specifying a layer's opacity, it may also be useful to allow the user to specify the layer's initial visibility (0 for hidden and 1 for visible), e.g.:

[2009/03/05\;00:00:00\;SOHO\;MDI\;\MDI\;magnetogram\;100;1],[2009/03/05\;00:00:00\;SOHO\;EIT\;\EIT\;171\;50;0]

Would load both MDI and EIT, but only MDI would be visible initially.
