thumb: current page should update while scrolling

Bug Description
When scrolling in thumbnail mode, the current page as displayed in the page number box should update. This is the behaviour in 1up mode. The current page should be the one in the top-left fully visible row (or partially visible row if none are fully visible).

When scrolling in thumbnail mode if the current/highlighted thumbnail (with the black rectangle) is scrolled off the screen to the top the thumbnail at the top-left should become current/highlight. When the current thumbnail is scrolled off the bottom of the screen the thumbnail at bottom-right should become current.
