Bug Description
As a consequence of changes in Inkscape 0.47, it is possible that the JessyInk export extensions (zip of pdf or png) fail after the document has been resized. The reason for this problem is that the export extensions are only able to handle "matrix" transformations. As implemented in Inkscape 0.47, a "translation" transformation is used when the page is resized. Hence, the problem.
The following workaround should solve the problem until a fix is introduced in version 2 of JessyInk:
*) Open a new drawing.
*) Adjust the document size.
*) Create a new layer.
*) Delete the first layer (the one that existed when you were resizing the document).

It seems that the same problem occurs when groups are moved. Hence, I re-targeted the bug for the upcoming release, as it seemed too important as to leave it open for another release.
