Bug Description

Binary package hint: notify-osd

In latest Lucid (not occured in Karmic) when mouse is over the notification bubble, it does not disappear (whereas it does in karmic) and display some kind of a black band around it (which wasn't here before)

Hi Nicolas, I can confirm your bug. I thought it may be related to Bug #519723, but I do not run compiz. I have advanced effects disabled, so I think this is close to the symptoms I am experiencing. Do you have advanced effects enabled?
