Hi, this just happened to me.
Looks like there is a problem with jack. on this one.
It also broke the windows borders and I got 3 other errors but as all crashed, including the report tool, I can't sent it.
I have updated all, and this happened after the update.

Hi,

What did you mean about Jack ?
Could you explain the exact sequence of events before the crash.

Thx

Conor

Hi,

It seems like this is related to a scenario whereby pulseaudio is restarted. Without more trace I can't tell exactly where this is going out. I have tested on my end with the exact same code restarting pulseaudio loads of times and all seems fine. The last comments alludes to something to do with Jack. Is this correct ? Has JackD something to do with this ?

Any more info would be very helpful.
