Bug Description
Binary package hint: synaptic
Load either Synaptic or Update Manager. Do an update or install a program. Click Apply and then switch to another window (e.g. Firefox).
When Synaptic is done downloading packages, it will steal the focus instead of throbbing on the taskbar.
Switch back to Firefox and it will focus steal again after the operation is complete.
I believe that the GNOME HIG requires it to throb in the background.
