mentions integration with nautilus-sendto.
The crux of the matter is the whole of ircp tray should be integrated into existing GNOME applications. Browsing remote files using ObexFTP should be integrated in gvfs, sharing files should be integrated in gnome-user-share, and sending files in nautilus-sendto (possibly modifying bluetooth-sendto and obexd so they support IRDA).

This is the way... but now I have no time to develop this. IrDA functions should be in obex-data-server or related daemons. So, Ircp Tray will be only a D-Bus GUI.
