Bug Description

Some of the libCom test routines, namely
  epicsAlgorithmTest, epicsExceptionTestHost
do not generate any output. They should at least print one line saying that the test has suceeded or failed.

Fixed epicsAlgorithmTest. We should really switch to using epicsMin and epicsMax and remove the tsMinMax.h header.
