Is this a duplicate of bug #532224 ? I meant the purple tooltips rounding missing, not the rounding of the padding.

Not a duplicate of bug #532224. That bug has to do with the rounding of the window control area when there is no close button. This bug has to do with the tooltips of the window controls.
