Malone needs a "by most relevant" sort order

Bug Description

There should be an option to sort search results by most relevant matches. This should probably be the default sort order for searches.

This is related to bug 1022.

I think it's still valid. Given the variety of terms used to describe things like "crash", it would be nice to have a default search order that worked the same way as the suggestions do.
