Bug Description

When I use Google Chrome to login to SSO, and choose the remember password feature. After logging in, one of the two new password fields is prefilled, making it necessary for me to remove the text before I can update my account.

Is there a simple way to prevent this from annoying our Google Chrome users?

Probably just giving the password field a different name (e.g. 'newpassword'?) to the one used in the login form would work.

Raising the priority of this as it seems to be causing some headaches.

This bug will be tested directly in EC2, due to release time constraints.

Steps to verify:

1. Create an account, and allow browser to remember username/password when asked
2. Logout and login again
3. Verify that the change password fields in the edit account screen are empty and not focused.

So on Chrome this field is filled in but then gets removed almost instantly.

Others have said that this is working correctly, and it appears that all my lp woes have not gone away completely.

It is trying to autofilling in the username and password of the deactivated account from another 2.3.0 bug
