Bug Description
Currently this bug:

Is targeted at ubuntu/+source/bzr, however at a minimum it should be targeted at just 'bzr'. However, you can't just edit the target and switch it. You have to add a new "also affects project", even though bzr uses Launchpad natively, and *rarely* tracks bugs in upstream. (That particular bug is a bit different, as I think it is actually a bug in launchpad-code, which doesn't have an Ubuntu package...)
