Bug Description
As seen on OOPS-1489C1094, an InternalError was raised after the rollout and it's now the top OOPS happening on the lpnet servers.
After chatting with Stuart, the patch landed on r8891 on launchpad/db-devel might be causing this. The quickest fix is to revert that patch.
The full exceptio and exception value is InternalError: current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block
