Bug Description
To reproduce:
* Run "bzr qbrowse"
* Right-click on an unmodified file and select "Rename"
* Type in a new name and press enter
* An editor opens for the old name of the file, which no longer exists!
Pressing enter should just finish the rename and not try to open the file. (Pressing it a second time *should* open the file though!)
Tested with QBzr 0.18.0, PyQt 4.4.3, Windows XP SP3.
