Cannot download from Ubuntu One to Evolution but it works with Tomboy notes

I am using 9.10 (64-bit) Just loaded and I had done a software update first and downloaded 199 updates.
I get this message in Evolution when I click on the Contacts tab:
Error loading address book.
This address book cannot be opened. This either means that an incorrect URI was entered, or the server is unreachable.

Not an Ubuntu One client error (Ubuntu One client only handles the file synchronisation part of Ubuntu One, not the contacts/notes, and other couchdb structured storage.) It's confusing, I know.
