Bug Description
Sometimes, I get a "Couldn't get chunk xxxx in read()" at the end of a song.
Once it stops, if I try to jog backwards, the waveform moves, but the audio seems to go out of sync. After jogging backwards and hitting play, reaching the end, jogging backwards multiple times, by the end it prints many many messages that read "Couldn't get chunk 1234 in read()", (1234, 1235, 1236, 1237, etc.etc.).
And if I compare the waveform to the actual sound emitted, the sound is clearly running ahead, to the point where near the end of the song, the waveform clearly indicates there is sound, but I hear nothing.
Still trying to find a reliable reproduction behavior but it happens if I use the jog-wheel following a "Couldn't get chunk" error message.

I think this is gone thanks to Phil and Albert's fixes.
