touchpad doesn't disable when external mouse present

Bug Description
This is more of a missing feature than a bug but considering that it has been a feature in Windows for at least a decade I figured that we should have it too. Whenever I plug in any pointing device I would like to have the option to have the system automatically disable the touchpad device. I am using Karmic Koala.
