Bug Description
Currently, the resource links on a loco page are just a series of icons. It's not immediately obvious that a puzzle piece will take you to a wiki page, or that the 3 pieces of paper will take you to a mailing list. There is alt text now, but you have to hover the mouse and read it to find out.
There's plenty of vertical space on the page: I suggest putting one icon per line, and putting text afterwards.

Made some simple changes to make "hover" based stuff ... Still a bit "Mystery Meat" - but at least there's less delay than waiting for the alt hover.
