Bug Description
When adding a new torrent, if you set the directory to ~/qBT_dir, it creates a directory ~/qBT_dir (which is actually ~/~/qBT_dir) in your home directory instead of just putting the files in qBT_dir in your home directory (~/qBT_dir)
