The closed tasks pane doesn't filter by the tag selected

Bug Description
I am using 0.2 in Karmic, and when I click on a tag in the Tags Side Bar, it is not filtering out all other tags in the 'The Closed Tasks Pane' this wasn't the case on 0.12 on Jaunty.
So it is difficult to concentrate on a particular tag, when it is populated with tasks belonging to other tags.
