Bug #1885730: Please switch default, hwe, oem kernel flavours governor to CONFIG_CPU_FREQ_DEFAULT_GOV_ONDEMAND=y , such that advanced userspace utilities such as game-mode can be later used to rev-up to to performance, or rev-down to powersave..

Bug Description
Binary package hint: cpufreqd
After las week updates, my default frequency governor was set to "performance" instead of "ondemand", during boot. That will affect my battery life. How can I change it to the old behavior?
