adjusting up/down rate affects the connection status icon

Bug Description
when i set new rates the connection status (at bottom of main window) turn to default value (yellow). this shouldn't be. and yes, its a minor bug :)

I was not able to reproduce the issue. I tried to cap download rate at global level (from both program preferences and status bar), and at torrent level by right clicking on a torrent. In all cases, my connection status icon (in status bar) stayed green. Could you provide me with information regarding how to reproduce this issue?
