I can't disable the hibernate/suspend buttons with 'apps gnome-power-mager'

Bug Description

With 'apps, gnome-power-manager' I disabled the hibernate + suspend possibility in the logout screen. This is not working in 9.10.

(it is not a very big issue but it should be possible)
