Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

Using a non-english ubuntu, clicking Upgrade on the Update Manager bring me Release Notes in english.

Ubuntu 9.04
update-manager: 1:0.111.10

Undecided? Unassigned? It's one Year ago this bug was reported.

This takes effect to Precise Pangolin-Beta-2 too. The Release-Notes in localized languages do actually have an underestimated effect on local markets, even in terms of empathy (ἐμπάθεια).
