Bug Description
While trying to build Quassel 0.5.1:
CMake Error: The following variables are used in this project, but they are set to NOTFOUND.
Please set them or make sure they are set and tested correctly in the CMake files:
QT_ZLIB_LIBRARY (ADVANCED)
linked by target "genversion" in directory /tmp/buildd/
Package gets through configure fine on Karmic/Qt4 4.5.2. Adding the build-dep to Quassel works around the problem.

Closing bug, the current expectation is that packages should build-dep on libraries they make use of, in line with Debian's packaging of Qt.
