when i add tor file - file inside sorted by size, not by name

I added torrent with many file inside, they are sorted by size,
but should be sorted by name

As far as I know qBittorrent does not alter the order of the files. It simply displays the files in the order in which they appear in the torrent. I will simply if I can enable sorting in qBittorrent although it is a bit tricky because files are organized as a tree.

Ok. I have implemented a fix for this in SVN/trunk (future 2.0). qBittorrent is now making sure than torrent files are always sorted by name. Thanks a lot for this report.
