Bug Description
Enable the user, with proper permission, to reset a failed build (aka FAILTOBUILD, MANUALDEPWAIT, CHROOTFAIL and BUILDERFAIL) via build/+reset page. It should restore the build record as a pristine NEEDSBUILD one.
