Hello,
on gentoo unetbootin does not create a ldlinux.sys file.
the static binary from your website works,
but the compiled sources don't.
the only difference i notice is that there is not a ldlinux.sys.
i've tried to fix the path of extlinux in unetbootin.cpp ( to /sbin/extlinux ), but that changed nothing.
I've tried versions: 356 372 377 without success.
my syslinux version is 3.83
and the usb is formatted vfat32
