Ubufox should not steal focus w/ EWMH

When XMonad grew support for Extended Window Manager Hints, I started noticing that Firefox would steal focus once it had finished loading a page, even when I had moved to another window. This was annoying the hell out of me, and I finally tracked it down to the ubufox extension. This is a really bogus hint; if I open a link in the browser, and immediately move to another page, I probably don't want my focus stolen back when the page finishes loading.
