Bug Description

when I add to panel the panflute applet nothing happens, it works it version 0.5

Can you post the applet.* files in ~/.local/share/panflute/ ?

I attach the applet.stderr file this is the only file that have something in it.

I suspect this might be a dependency problem. Which version of Python and numpy do you have installed? I have 2.6.2-0ubuntu1 and python-numpy 1:1.2.1-1ubuntu1 and don't get that error.

The versions

# rpm -q python
python-2.6-9.fc11.x86_64

# rpm -q numpy
numpy-1.3.0-5.fc11.x86_64

Hmm. I'm going to try installing Fedora 11 in a VM on my system and see if I can reproduce the problem there.

OK, I found the problem. Ubuntu's PyGTK is compiled with NumPy, but Fedora's PyGTK isn't. The object returned by gtk.gdk.Pixbuf.get_pixels_array() is different depending on whether NumPy is being used or not.
