+editstatus submit fails if bug package has been reassigned during edit period

If a bug has been reassigned from:

while somebody else is also using the editstatus dialogue then the submit is made to:

which fails because the path is no longer valid.

Paul, can we consider this mid-air collision, dupe it against bug 28459, and add this example to that report?
