Bug Description

I am trying to use the newest wicd on an ASUS EEE 1000HE running Fedora 11.
The wicd client GUI reports its version as 2.0.

The default windows are too tall for my screen, which is 600 pixels high. I was able to change the height of the main window by setting window_height in manager-settings.conf. However, when I go to the Properties window for my network I have trouble. The window initially just fits on the screen. But when I change the encryption to EAP-TLS, extra fields appear in the window, and I am not able to see them because they run off the bottom of the screen.

I have tried the following:
1) Resizing the window. I grabbed the edge of the window but it will not resize.
2) There is no configuration setting for the Properties window. I tried pref_height, but that had no effect.

My suggestion:
Add a configuration setting for the height of the properties window. Allow resizing. Add a scrollbar if necessary.

The pref_height/pref_width settings are for the general preferences dialog, which can be resized, has a scrollbar, etc. We overlooked adding that stuff for the network configuration dialogs, though.

I should have made it clear the the pref_height setting did indeed
affect the preferences window.
Since there was not a separate setting for properties, I thought maybe
it was
supposed to affect both.
