Wrong TV season poster after two recategorizations

Bug Description

When recategorized a TVShow multiple times , the first time one does recategorization the thumbnail changes , but further recategorization of same video/TV show does not change the thumbnail , it keeps on showing the old thumbnail(i.e the thumbnail after first recategorization).Please see attached screenshot.

Steps to reproduce :

1.Launch Moovida
2.Goto Uncategorized video ,recateogrize it to TVShow
3.Again goto that recateogrized TVShow
4.Recateogrize it

Expected Result : Thumbnail should again change

Current Result : Thumbnail after first recategorization remains there throughout

All tables in the DB are correctly updated but "tvseason_posters", hence the bug.

The latest free moovida 1.09 does not get any maintenance since a while. Now moovidadb.com is supporting Linux and support can be found at : http://www.fluendo.com/faq/
