Bug Description

Binary package hint: telepathy-mission-control-5

On every boot, I get a modal dialog (cannot type anywhere else) saying that

Account Manager (/usr/lib/telepathy/mission-control-5) wants access to the default keyring, but it is locked.

This gets rather tedious and annoying. It may be related to Bug 431009. I have:

ii telepathy-mission-control-5 5.3.1-1

I could understand if I were trying to use empathy, but I am *not* trying to do so. This happens at login to the gnome session.

I am having a similar issue, is it related to empathy? should we purge empathy?

I am experiencing the exact same issue. Oddly enough, it did not start immediately, but instead began about 2 days after my fresh install of Karmic... Of course updates were ran during this time, so....

I am having the same issue with Empathy. The solution in the forum post listed by blackghost does not work for this problem.
