Kind of a bug: Seahorse won't let user create new OpenPGP key without last name

Bug Description

Opening Seahorse through the Applications>Accessories>Passwords and Encryption Keys seahorse will not let users create new keys. Going to file>new>pgp key the create button is greyed out. When a user enters information the button is not activated. If the "does not expire" box is unticked the same still occurs. The issue is that a last name must be entered in the name box. I don't know if this affects some people but this may be an issue with some people.

This bug did not have a package associated with it, which is important for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper developers. Thank you for your bug report. The issue is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug the to the people writting the software (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME)

Thanks for the report, it has been some time without any response or feedback in this bug report and we are wondering if this is still an issue for you with the latest release of Ubuntu the Natty Narwhal, May you please test with that version and comment back if you're still having or not the issue?
