Bug Description
Load up the certificate manager from the tools menu, if you attempt to delete a certificate on the Web Sites tab, you'll get an empty dialog box with two buttons, both of which do nothing when clicked. You cannot control the certificates at all.

I can't even get this far.
I get the following error on opening the window.
