Bug Description

I´m using HomeBank 4.04 (WinXP and Debian).

Try import this:
========================================
!Type:Bank
D18/8'09
MAg0264maq024seq06012 - CASH
T-70.0
N4191512
^
========================================

HomeBank will import wrong value.
Correct is $70.00 and not $700.00
