update-manager crashed with GError in __init__()

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

my Problem is, that I cant't open the update-manager any more for receiving updates.
I only get the report, that the Update-manager closed unexpectedly.

So how can I reopen the Update-Manager again?
