Paginate bzr log output/diff as git log/diff does

Bug Description
When using bzr log/diff, I always have to | less it, and it would be great if bzr knew how to paginate the output by default, just like git log|diff does

There are plugins that might do what you want. See
pager/lesslog/
I agree it would be good if this behaviour was built-in, at least on
non-Windows platforms.
