Bug Description

The picture above was provided by a user regarding an error message that pops, apparently when the traceback for #416534 is thrown.

the problem here is that the message asks the user to click the Ubuntu One icon to report a problem. Seconds after the pop, that icon goes away (leading the user to believe that the client has crashed) due to design change. Since the "Report a Problem" menu item is unlikely to be available most of the time, another method of collecting reports in these situations is needed.

Additionally that menu item can probably go away if it's not going to be available.

This particular issue is that the icon is going away (and it shouldn't in this case).
