Bug Description
The playback buttons in the applet don't fill all the vertical space in a horizontal panel, so when the mouse is pushed to the top (or bottom) of the screen, it isn't over the button itself. Either something's adding a one-pixel border between the buttons and the edge of the panel, or the applet itself isn't being made tall enough to fill the panel.
