password:network technique broken

konversation, xchat and irssi fail to connect if
a) no default network is set and
b) the connection is made to the main-port ctrlproxy binds to with
c) the password set to password:network
where network can be admin or any other configured one.

connecting with a default network configured will result in the connection being made to the default network, no matter what.

especially bad since not every client has socks, and listeners arent remembered when restarting the proxy.
