Bug Description
We currently start and stop services in LP in a very crude manner (nohup and kill respectively). Moving to either zdaemon or supervisord would presumably give us a better way of doing this, as well as the capability to "reload" services for logrotation rather than having to do a full restart (see bug 287304).
