Bug Description
As mentioned in #391259 we have a group of people in the hosting organization that manage users. This includes editing user and profile information about the user:
- Email address
- All profile fields
- Groups, such as KarlStaff, as well as ad-hoc groups. (Note: we will thus need a system for naming ad-hoc groups.)
- A way to convert affiliate to staff, if different than the previous bullet.
- Password
- Assigning the "home_path" or home_url attribute that is where staff gets sent on login.
