Nautilus "Send To" window change to a submenu of target devices/mail

Bug Description
Right-click on a file shows an option to "Send To". Before jaunty, it just sends a file to evolution, but that is not the intended purpose but to send to a USB Flash drive. I never tried it again since I found it useless. Then just today I tried to click on it, I found out that it can already send files to removable drives. However, there is no indication that it can do so.
I suggest that the "Send To" option in Nautilus shows an arrow and a mouse hover over "Send To" will show the devices where it can send images. There is no need to open a new window which takes a lot longer time than just open a submenu for send to options. It should be just like the "Send to" in Windows.
